Information collected
Name, phone number, email, organisation, city/location, participant estimate, training objective, preferred timeline and message details submitted through forms, calls, email or WhatsApp.
This page explains how AFAI handles enquiry information and the limits of emergency-readiness training content.
AFAI collects enquiry details only to respond to training, partnership, proposal and programme requests.
Name, phone number, email, organisation, city/location, participant estimate, training objective, preferred timeline and message details submitted through forms, calls, email or WhatsApp.
To understand the enquiry, recommend an appropriate programme, prepare proposals, coordinate training delivery, maintain attendance/documentation records and respond to follow-up questions.
Hospital and participant training examples are shared publicly only in aggregate or anonymised form. AFAI does not publish participant names, individual marks, internal observations, private institutional weaknesses or unedited report pages.
AFAI does not sell enquiry data. Information may be shared internally with faculty or operations team members only when needed to respond to or deliver the requested programme.
AFAI training is designed to improve emergency preparedness, practical skill confidence, team communication, documentation readiness and response workflows. It does not guarantee clinical outcomes, survival, accreditation, audit clearance or institutional certification.
Hospital-facing work may support NABH-readiness, mock-drill readiness, documentation support and emergency-response strengthening. It should not be interpreted as NABH certification or guaranteed accreditation.
